After attending the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Tim began a freelance career covering animation, greeting card design, and children's book illustration. In 1990, with the help and encouragement of Chester County watercolorist Richard Bollinger, Tim began exhibiting at the Immaculata College benefit shows, where his focus was, and is, the American experience.
