Art is the keystone of Neil’s life. It is his passion. The observation, aesthetic values, and feeling the energy of where he is in any environment are the basic components in his work — essential values that seem to be disappearing in a technological society. Pushing his boundaries into uncharted territory, he is constantly learning and developing new ideas, therefore staying in the forefront as an emerging artist.

Neil has been painting for more than four decades and has work hanging in galleries and private collections from Pennsylvania to Wyoming, winning numerous award along the way.
